For this technique, Platelet Rich Plasma with a higher concentration of platelets, 3-4 times compared to content of normal blood circulation, will be used. The PRP is prepared by a Centrifuge and with added anti-coagulants; the centrifuge provides 3 layers of blood components including red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelet cells.
